It’s been quite a journey.
I have been a professional chef in NY & NJ for the past 12 years. After working for several high end catering companies, running the kitchens for parties large and small, I moved to Front of House Operations. I had the opportunity to help open and run several branches of Le Pain Quotidien in Manhattan before realizing how much I missed cooking. In 2015 I took the plunge and opened my own Personal Chef business, Nicolle Walker Personal Chef, catering to families looking to commit to a healthier way of life. While specializing in healthier eating and specialty diets, I have a mastery of many cuisines and can create menus to satisfy any craving. I am also available for small scale catering of your next special event.
